Choosing your battles
All of us feel strongly about something, sometimes it's a cause, or it can be simply a principle, an idea. It is because of our emotional intertwining that it seems impossible to avoid conflict all the time.
In that search for balance, as an artist and as a businessman I learned a very important lesson early on. Choosing my battles is an integral part of the long game, in other words:
It's a simple principle, a simple idea, yet if we don't attempt to keep in the forefront of our mind, it becomes too easy to forget.
You have received a @GrumpyCat flag because you or someone else sent money to buy votes from an irresponsible non-GrumpyCompliant service.
@therising, @sneaky-ninja and @aksdwi are acting irresponsibly by selling votes to people on their post very close to final payout. (~99% abuse rate)
Sending money to these bots is also financially supporting for-profit spammers.
To know what voting bot to use, refer to https://steembottracker.com/ and use those that have 3.5 day or less in the "Max Age" column.
Important, The above bots have made no effort to comply for months so the votes they sell might still be targeted even if they change their Max Age to 3.5 day.

Well, lesson learned... I just asked the person who helps me with this account on my marketing team and apparently he was also unaware of this. Duly noted...
This is just Steem working as it should, in that sense its democratic, everyone has the opportunity to grow as long as they are willing to put in the work and make some investment commitments. I'm sure you as an investor agree and I understand the reason behind your actions and support it.

Yeah... Sometimes peace is better than being right. One among the problems of human being is "I want to rule my world" forgetting the part that they might be doing this in the wrong path. Everyday life is better and the wisest thing is as you are choosing your battle, choose your need skills (weapon). NO BATTLE IS WON WITHOUT A WEAPON. Nice write up.
A lesson I learned not long ago. Such an important discovery for anyone to make. Else we end up draining so much of our energy for reasons that are not worth it. Especially, the ego loves going into battles for petty reasons. It always wants to prove itself right. Letting go of the need to be right all the time is a liberating experience. It helps you value what is more important than winning these battles -- peace. Cheers! )

I really do not know what I did for him to give me a flag. I'm new here and maybe he does not know the reality of the art industry. I joined steemit because my friends insisted with me that I could help the artists community here and that's what I'm going to do. I am not to blame for having worked too hard in my life to become successful and I think some people do not understand it. They only act for your ego. People with the big ego are small in their spirits.
