Food 📷 Photography Contest: Golden Wire Seafood Salad 🍤 食物攝影比賽：金絲海鮮沙拉
Dear Steemians, this is my entry for Food Photography Contest.
This creative cuisine is Seafood Salad which I've never seen before. The golden wire on top of the salad is thinner than hair. They look so gorgeous when they are sparkling under the light. The golden wire is made of maltose. It's amazing how skilled the chef can pull out such delicate sugar wire.
There are a lot of seafood, vegetable, and fruits in the salad. You can crush the sugar and mix the ingredients together. With Thousand Island dressing, the flavor of sweet and sour tastes so fresh and delicious. No wonder this cuisine is so popular for years.
親愛的Steemit朋友們，這張照片是參加 @juliank 舉辦的攝影比賽作品。
這是在宜蘭礁溪一家非常有名的無菜單料理餐廳「帝煲瓦罐煨湯館」裏吃到的一道菜。無菜單料理顧名思義就是預定時只能指定人數，其他全由店家根據當天的食材決定菜色。我很喜歡吃這種無菜單料理，上菜時可以享受一次次的驚喜，而且目前為止吃過的無菜單料理還沒有讓我失望的，想來應該是有一定水準的餐廳才敢做無菜單料理。
這道菜叫金絲海鮮沙拉，幾乎是每桌必上的創意料理，我猜最大的原因還是因為這道菜顏值太高，每個人第一次看到這道菜都會忍不住驚叫，沙拉上面鋪著比髮絲還細的金絲，在燈光下閃閃發光，異常地漂亮。
金絲是由麥芽糖拉出的糖絲，實在很驚嘆要如何純熟的技術才能拉出這麼細緻美麗的糖絲。吃的時候將糖絲壓碎和沙拉拌在一起。沙拉的料十分豐富，除了海鮮之外，還有多種水果，淋上千島醬，甜甜的糖絲加上帶酸甜的水果拌入沙拉，吃起來清爽無比，難怪這道料理多年來始終人氣不墜。

No, they are the squid, but I heard that they will put shrimp sometimes, it depends on what materials they have. I am surprised that the squid mix with vegetable and fruits will be so delicious.

天啊，顏值好高的沙拉，好想吃😍
哈哈！超級推薦這家餐廳，每一道菜都好好吃。不過那裏的桌子都是8-10人的大圓桌，好像沒看到少少人去吃的。
