I will continue to show the left wing of the lower park. It was already evening and some of the fountains were left without water. But the park was open. The people noticeably decreased. It pleased us.
Продолжу показывать левое крыло нижнего парка. Уже вечерело и часть фонтанов осталась без воды. Но парк был открыт. Народу заметно поубавилось. Нас это радовало.
In the west of the Lower Park, on a hillside, you can see an unusual cascade, built in the likeness of a fountain at the palace of the kings of France in Marly-le-Roi. This cascade was last restored in 2015. It is called Golden Mountain. At the foot of the Golden Mountain cascade, there are Menazhernyye ( fr.-menаger) fountains.
На западе Нижнего парка, на склоне холма можно увидеть необычный каскад, построенный по подобию фонтана у дворца королей Франции в Марли-ле-Руа. Этот каскад последний раз восстановлен 2015 году. Он называется Золотая гора. У подножья каскада «Золотая гора» стоят Менажерные (фр.-menаger) фонтаны.
The alley from the Golden Cascade goes to the Marlin Pond. You can climb up the long stairs. The path to the light in the darkness of fir trees. It seemed to us this evening. But there was no strength to go up. Next time maybe.
Аллея от Золотого каскада выходит к Марлинскому пруду. Можно подняться наверх по длинной лестнице. Путь к свету во мраке елей. Так нам показалось этим вечером. Но сил подниматься наверх уже не было. В следующий раз может быть.
Западное крыло нижнего парка имеет больше открытых мест, чем восточное. Здесь много прямых линий и прямых углов. Вдоль одной такой линии мы вышли на берег Финского залива. Солнце было совсем низко и мы любовались длинными глубокими тенями.
The western wing of the lower park has more open spaces than the eastern. There are many straight lines and right angles. Along one such line, we went to the shore of the Gulf of Finland. The sun was very low and we admired the long deep shadows.
Путь к берегу проходил через розарий. Обычно я мало снимаю цветы. Но не удержался и сделал несколько снимков вечерних роз.
The path to the coast passed through the rose garden. Usually I almost do not take flowers. But I could not resist and took some pictures of evening roses.
Among the rosary is a sculpture of Peter I with a girl in her arms. This sculpture has its own legend. I could not find a description. Maybe someone will tell me?

Ну, очень красивое фото фонтана, мне так понравилось!
Благодарствую, хороши фонтаны. Вот сейчас вернулся от них, но...закрыт был парк, штормовое... а хотелось поснимать))
Может быть в следующий раз получится :)
Таки... будем надеяться)) Ещё октябрь есть, но фонтаны скоро остановят.
