Good eye, that is cucumbers and salsa along with radishes
I Love how both your salad choices are very cruncy.Will compliment the burrito so well.The tomotoes in the salsa will bring a sweet note.The radish gives a little heat andd to finish it off the cucumber to clense the palate.The meat looks wow.I wish there was an app to taste😂😂😂.Have a while yet for that!

Here in Venezuela we also have something very similar and it is the Shawarma, the filling can be meat and vegetables, vegetables only or with ham and cheese.

It looks like similar to shawarma we have here.. And that is delicious... But the meat we use is quite processed than this..
I have tried that before, it is very good but you are correct it is processed with spices and other things. I like to be able to see the fresh beef and add spice to it on my own.
