This episode is another segway of my photo-blog series about our journey in Trekking Mt. Ulap. While we are on our way to the second peak going to Mt. Ulap, we have seen a lot of wonders along the way.
Luckily, I spotted several honeybees, we call them pukyutan, they have elongated body compared to other honey bees. They love to fly and collect nectars from these purple flowers.
Glad that I did not disturb them during the times they are collecting nectars. These bees are huge and they could sting if provoked.
So I had to keep my distance from a bee from time to time. Once I am ready for another shot, I just slowly approach a bee and slowly allow the ZS110 macro function to focus and do its thing.
Here ends my the macro episode about pukyutan bee. Hope you had a great time observing the photos.
Maraming salamat po!(Thank you very much!)
