OMG these look sooooooo good! Wasn’t the same recipe but I tried making these in the past for somebody and it just embarrassed me because for some reason the batter didn’t get crispy and they were very dough-y and nasty :/

Thanks, yeah I think it was probably just an imbalance with the ingredients I used last time.
