As a Photographer, every time we come across stunning images, i mean fantastic mind-blowing images taken by fellow photographers, we tend to comment positively, right? We express our emotions towards the image(s) but at times, we just can't curb ourselves from asking one common, funny, annoying, flabbergasting question, "What is the model of the camera used?" lmao
If you could all agree with me, the most people who tend to ask that question frequently are the #Photography #newbies or beginners. To kiss the dust, i have asked the same question too, when i was starting out as a beginner. We could all agree it's allowed as a beginner but not as a professional.
These images attached were shot with Nikon D40 which was one of the cameras i trained with, thanks to my aunty who had that gear back then and wasn't strict about it. I have to admit it was lovely, yes trust me it was, practising over and over again, from experimenting with the Shutter Speed, to my aperture, exposure etc.
Their is a photography saying that goes "It's not always about the camera but the person behind it", yes i agree, you might have a 7d,5d mk III, etc but without a good knowledge of photography, your shots might not be welcomed. I have seen lots of photographs, taken with expensive gears but one could obviously spot out some hiccups. I have also seen shots taken with cheap gears and was really amazed by them.

Photography is broad and interesting, it all depends on how good you wanted to become at it, and you can only be so good at it, if you PRACTICE, yes practice, take shots of anything you can see, learn how to focus pretty well, work on your camera grip, your stance, composition etc
SPECIAL NOTICE: I BEGAN WITH THE BRAND NAME MALI PICTURES BUT CHANGED TO AICE PICTURES AS AT NOW, SO PLEASE DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE NAMES ON THE ATTACHED PICTURES. THANK YOU!

POST PROCESSING IS VERY ESSENTIAL
Yes it is, trust me, a very good post processing will give your images classic insights in the eyes of your viewers. I was lucky enough to fall in love with Photoshop, though it was challenging in the beginning but you know it's necessary.
I have come across number of cases where i realised people talk about my pictures being taken with better gears but hey, they became amazed when i told them i shot them with D40

So to wrap this up, know your gears, get used to them pretty well, research on them, practice practice and practice. And see how you get better from a beginner to a professional.
I appreciate you for a take time out to read this article, if you have any question, please don't hesitate to ask. God bless
