in #photography6 years ago

Wednesday evening... | 。。

Looking for dinner at the food court at HDB Hub yesterday. One of the normal place I go to near home. What to eat? My lady had grabbed a table and waiting for me next to this stall.

🎶Meanwhile, some music for you to enjoy as you read. This piece is part of Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons, particular the first of the 4 violin concertos, called Spring.

Of course it's in business and I have not had Japanese food for a while. Not a restaurant standard but this will have to do.
Open for business

Awesome place and good food, enjoy your food with your lady and live together happy.

looks like gyoza. but they are not fried. are they steamed? ♨️

actually they don't sell gyoza but come to think of it they should.
they don's sell ramen too but the Korean stall has something like that.
anyway, Oyakodon... let me refer to wikipedia for the more decent description:
Oyakodon (親子丼), literally "parent-and-child donburi", is a donburi, or Japanese rice bowl dish, in which chicken, egg, sliced scallion (or sometimes regular onions), and other ingredients are all simmered together in a kind of soup which is made with soy sauce and stock, and then served on top of a large bowl of rice. The name of the dish is a poetic reflection of the fact that both chicken and egg are used in the dish.
at a Japanese restaurant, it'll usually looks better. :-)

ok, i see

is it like miso?

The soup at the side is actually miso.

Wow beautiful dishes you really enjoy the delicious food :D

It's not a restaurant standard but i was hungry enough 😎
