사막골프
골프라고 하면 흔히 푸른 잔디를 떠올리게 됩니다.
중동에서 흔히 볼수있는 사막골프는 잔디가 아닌 모래나 맨땅위에서 치게 됩니다.
그린도 고운 모래를 다져서 만들어져 있구요.
그린옆에는 고무래(?)가 있어서 사용후에 다음팀을 위해 흔적을 지울수 있습니다.
쿠웨이트에는 잔디골프장이 2개, 사막골프장이 2개 있습니다.
사막골프도 한번쯤 가볼만하기는 하지만, 개인적으로는 잔디를 선호하는 편입니다.
Desert Golf
When it comes to golf, it is often reminiscent of green grass.
Desert golf, which is common in the Middle East, people hit the ball on the sand or the ground, not the grass.
Green is also made of fine sand.
Near the green, there is a Green Repair Tool (?) that you can erase the divot and scratch for the next team after your use.
There are two grass golf courses and two desert golf courses in Kuwait.
I prefer to use grass golf course personally, although desert golf course is worth a visit.

Just wondering. Pardon the ignorance. Do they still call it the green in this case?
your are correct. in this case green should be re-named with something else.... ^^
