📷 Window Cleaners in Manhattan

I'm always fascinated by people who do this job. Working at dizzying heights, secured only by ropes, is certainly not for the faint-hearted. For this scene, I was happy to have an 18-200mm zoom lens mounted on my Sony NEX F3. Afterwards I corrected the perspective distortion by the view from below. I especially like the way that the windows reflect the deep blue sky in this picture.
Ich bin immer wieder fasziniert, von Leuten, die diesen Job machen. Nur über Seile gesichert, in schwindelerregender Höhe zu arbeiten ist sicher nichts für schwache Nerven. Für dieses Motiv war ich froh, ein 18-200mm Zoomobjektiv an meiner Sony NEX F3 montiert zu haben. Die perspektivische Verzerrung durch den Blick von unten, habe ich noch nachträglich korrigiert. Mir gefällt an diesem Foto besonders, wie die Fenster den tiefblauen Himmel reflektieren.
