No I am not a time traveler

Last summer when I got my new camera and I was setting it up, I put the wrong year in without noticing it. I have since fixed this error, but these were among the photos I took before I noticed the date. It would be really cool to be a time traveler but I am not one.

The photos are really great, u have great skills of taking photos.

thanks I love taking photos

Those pictures are amazing! Where were they taken ? I love how the water is just so still! That sounds weird cause it’s moving! But I know I’ve taken pics of waterfalls & they are usually look blurry. I’m guessing because of the camera. I don’t know much about photography, I took it in HS and loved it, but didn’t follow through.. I still love looking at great photos & taking pictures!😊

They were taken at Falls Park in Pendleton, Indiana. And the camera is everything talent is great and all but a great camera makes the difference from a good photo and a Great photo.

Any recommendations for a good beginners camera? 😁 I say beginner but like I said I did took a class and I think I’ve got the eye.. but like u said it’s all in the camera.. bit I can’t go out and spend a ton of money.. cause I know they can be up there..

I highly suggest going to a local camera store in your area and checking out their used selection of DSLR cameras or if you can afford new Nikon or Canon would be your best bet. Nikon tends to run a little better prices. I am partial to Nikon myself. I would check your local store for prices on their new ones and then check online for the best prices. (Many times local camera stores have better prices, but not all the time)

Perfect ! I’m gonna check them out! It would be nice to take some good quality pictures for my post , not using my phone!! Haha
Thank you!

I had no idea Pendleton had anything that pretty! (All I knew it for was the prison. Lol!) Am trying to think what river this could be...? Maumee? Wabash? Boy, am I rusty on my state geography. LOL!

It is Fall Creek and Pendleton is a beautiful little town. This Park is a treasure. The park is called Fall's Park.
It is in Historical Downtown, most of Pendleton is consider Historical though.

Ah, thanks for the clarification. I grew up in Ft. Wayne and when we'd go to Indy for the 500 time trials, we'd go by Pendleton. I'm not sure we ever made it through the town though. I think I would have remembered this. I'll have to add it to my list of wanna-go road trips. This would be a great reason to go!

There is also a placed called The Bank around the corner from the park on ST RD 38 has the best breaded tenderlions around.

Ooooh, thanks! Will keep that in mind, if we make it there. Food is as good a reason for a road trip as the scenery!

Well if you make it this way lmk we can do a meet up.

Sounds great!

Great pictures! Beautiful area.

thanks it is one of my favorite places

Nice shot, these places really exist
Boy!!
I'm so amazed, thank you for proving that is not only design but there are possible places like this

There are even more beautiful places then this out there in the world. But I love this spot and it is close to home.

Hmmmmm
Interesting

Relaxing photos!
