The McKenzie River

I took this picture while hiking a couple weeks ago and really liked how it came out. If you look closely you can see another hiker on the other side of the the river.

This shot was difficult to take because I wanted a high exposure time to convey the movement of the river but I was without a ND filter or polarizer and the sun was still pretty bright. I managed to find a shady spot and hoped I could do some post processing to darken the really bright areas. In the end I think I achieved my goal although I hope to get a ND filter and polarizer and try this again.
