Tolino Vineyards
Hello Steemians! Today I'm sharing a trip to a vineyard I took with my girlfriend and parents. This past weekend I was fortunate enough to visit Tolino Vineyards in Bangor, Pennsylvania.
The shop, sampling room, prepping, and packaging facility is all here in this hanger like building.
This place offers 3 free samples or 6 for $5 so we decided to try 6 wines each. (Even though they were small samples) I prefer the sweeter stuff but did sample some dry wines.
What's a good wine without some cheese and crackers to go along?
After our samples, we hung around and enjoyed some more wine in the hanger next door. They use this fermentation vat space as an event space and for tours. I always appreciate getting a peak at the wine making process.
Our visit was done for today. But the trip to and from the trip was just as memorable. The big open fields in farm country is always a nice change of scenery.

Nice travel spot with cool rolling hills. Love the food and scenic landscape.
That is quite and eloquent facility. I was just looking it up because my lady loves wine but Bangor, Pennsylvania is 2.5 hours north of me... maybe we can make a special trip one day.
