Ratel's photos #106 Last Day Of Autumn-3
In late autumn, this forest is filled with a depressive atmosphere.
I felt the last breath of the forest, before all die before winter.
On this slope live lizards. In the spring they can easily be found, and in the summer they hide behind grass and leaves.
In late autumn, lizards fall asleep.
In the spring, and especially in summer in this part of the forest is full of birds. And in the late autumn, there are very few of them. It is understandable, there is no food.
The forest is full of trees fallen from the strong wind. Sometimes it's impressive how strong the winds are here that pull out or break down large trees.

I'll bet there are a lot of mushrooms and fungi in the autumn, feeding on all the old trees and logs. I know the woodpeckers love dying trees, and you've captured some beautiful woodpeckers @ratel :) Winter is almost over and the little green sprouts will be back soon ;)
You're right! :) Approximately since June there are a lot of wild strawberry. There is one more place where strawberries are unusually many. And at the end of July, when the strawberries are gone, raspberries grow. It is also very much. There are also mushrooms, but I do not understand their kinds.
