Oh my, what stunning photography. That one of the purple flowers and the stars really is astoundingly beautiful. And the long exposure with the water too. Outstanding pictures @scottshots!
Thank you @camuel! Glad you like the photos. I'll keep them coming... Yeah, that purple camas flower shot is a favorite of mine too. Cheers!
Wonderful images!
Thank you @liquifire!

Congrats for the great project, cheers from Brazil! :)
Thank you @massola, glad you think my photos are great! @positivexposure is running a great project indeed and I am looking forward to seeing the works of other photographers on here soon. Cheers!
@scottshots indeed, great work! Keep up with the amazing pics, maybe someday take some here in Brazil! Cheers!
I would love to travel to Brazil one day... Thanks again!
Holy cow Scott. These pictures are amazing. How much post processing do you do? What do you use ... lightroom? or something else? Thanks
Thank you @jmlucien! I shoot in RAW format and they are intended to be worked on. I like making the decisions about highlight detail, shadow detail, color balance, and saturation rather than letting the camera do it for me when shooting jpg. I use Photoshop's Camera RAW feature for working on the images, it's very similar to the same adjustments in Lightroom but I just happen to like how Camera RAW is organized. The top two photos are stitched panoramic photos where I shot many vertical photos and stitched them together using Photoshop's photomerge feature so those two are processed pretty heavily.
Wow, thanks for the tip. I will definitely spend some time learning photoshop and lightroom. I already shoot in RAW and jpg. Fortunately Nikon lets you do both. Looking forward to your other posts. Congrats on being featured in #worldofphotography.
No problem and thank you @jmlucien! More posts to come... Happy shooting!
wonderful picture
Thank you @dianadora!
its my pleasure
Awsome images!
Like the «chunky» colors 😊
Cheers, Erlend
Cool, thank you @erlendgroseth!
Such stunning images. I was going to pick a favorite, but I find that I can't. The varying perspectives and unique views of gorgeous sea and landscapes are amazing. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you @byn! Haha! Not being able to pick a favorite is a good problem to have. All the water shots are actually Lake Tahoe. It's a big lake so it's easy to mistake it for the sea. Cheers!
I did wonder about that. We lived on a sailboat for a while, so I've taken a ton of ocean photos... seeing yours made me wish I had your gift, because there was always opportunity for gorgeous photos, but yours have that something extra!
Thanks again @byn! Polarizing filters and graduated neutral density filters can really help make water scenes look great. Happy shooting!
Amazing images
Thank you @jan.kretschmer!
