This dolphin is happy because he's not held prisoner in a barren concrete swimming pool where he has to perform tricks in front of ignorant people if he wants food (captive slave trade) and because he's not held captive in a small shallow water pen as part of a dolphin petting zoo aka "swim with the dolphins" business.
I totally agree! Have you watched 'The Cove'? Its a great documentery but shows the horrible dolphin trading and killing business.
