Gufufoss - An Icelandic Waterfall that provided the background to a longboarding Ben Stiller
Hi all
Took this shot on our trip to Iceland this year. As we descended on the mountain road down to Seyðisfjörður we passed this beautiful waterfall at the side of the road. The road down to Seyðisfjörður is the road on which Ben Stiller longboarded down in the film, "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty". This waterfall provided a background in one of the shots

I got married in Seyðisfjörður in July! We referred to Gufufoss as "Baby Skogafoss." Haha
Thats crazy. We were there in July! We also went up to the edge of the cliff where Ben Stiller looks down the twisty road to Seyðisfjörður. That was one of the most amazing roads i've ever seen. Quite hard to find the exact spot but we found it eventually!
I was there at Gullfoss last month. We had a little 4 day jaunt to Reykjavik, and a whale of a time.
Mark, I wonder if we could have a chat at some point.
