That was really a sad events. Pompeii has been in the history books for a long time. Am just imagining that feeling walking through a ghost city with the memory of what happened there some years back. When I see photos of this structure that were erected 2000 years ago when we were still living in mud and thatch houses here, I marvelled at the sophisticated architecture of this people as far back as 2000. That's incredible.
