Mt. Hood Reflected in Lost Lake

I am going to do a 2nd reflection post today and this one is another majestic cascade mountain being reflected in a beautiful still lake in the PNW. This time it’s Mt. Hood being reflected at Lost Lake in Oregon. There is a very nice campground at this lake where I took these photos. When we first arrived it was overcast and the water was choppy all day. We camped out and woke up early the next day. Mother nature rewarded us for the early rise. The clouds started to break open just before sunrise and then right as it was coming up the water went still. Everything came together for 10 minutes of amazing pictures and then the waves came back for the rest of the day.
