~ Very common, but none is the same ~
Common cockles are very common on the North Sea beaches in Holland; in that sense, it is a perfect name. But their color and pattern vary greatly. Looking at such a large pile of shells is always very fascinating for me. And of course, I want to feel them in my hands and feel the ribbed surface.
