Photocircle Hall of Fame featuring @mikeycolon
Dear Steemians!
Last week, we announced the first recipient of the Photocircle Hall of Fame badge to @monkeydnima who is a great photographer & supporter for the project. For this week, after a week long search & curation for Top Contributors, we have to a decision on who will be the next awardee for the badge. To begin, let me invite everyone to welcome the Photocircle Hall of Famer for this week!
A quick introduction to our Hall of Famer for this week, @mikeycolon joined on the 8th December of 2017. He is a full-time photographer and videographer living in Boston & New York. Aside from following @mikeycolon in his daily photography posts here in Steemit, you can also view his amazing photography in his website colonphoto.com.
@mikeycolon was first featured to @photocircle project in the 17th edition of the Daily feature post through the recomendation of @smawkward. The post “Another epic sunset by yours truly… landed him a spot to the featured photography posts.
Even before the Hall of Fame program, @mikeycolon already showed his support to the project through his contributions to the #photocircle tag and to other featured photographers by upvoting & commenting to their works.
On top of that, @mikeycolon also produced a video in which he shares his knowledge, workflow, and advice relating to his style & photography in general. Feel free to watch the video through this link Welcome to Mikey Colon Photography Season 1!.
Without further ado, let me present to all of you the amazing contributions of @mikeycolon for this week:
Together with @photocircle team, we encourage everyone to support the feature author for this week!
The recipient of the Hall of Fame Badge will be rewarded with:
- A feature in the Photocircle Hall of Fame post
- The @photocircle account will support one of the photographer’s daily post by means of an upvote and resteem for one (1) month
- 5 SBD reward to be sent to the author’s wallet as a token of appreciation
That sums up the 2nd edition of the Photocircle Hall of Fame. It has been a successful week of curation and an enjoyable experience to view the works by the photography community.

Just wanted to say thanks for the support!
Sometimes it's not easy figuring out what to share on Steemit as one can run out of things to say pretty fast. But Photo Circle gives photographers such as myself something to contribute to on a daily basis. So I thank you on behalf of us shutterbugs!
I'd also like to thank the crew that keeps this project running! This is only the beginning and I see big things happening with Photo Circle.
