I know what you mean about descending back down. Luckily the stunning scenery at the top makes it that little easier than otherwise would be.
By the way, you have an error in your Steemitworldmap code and your post never got onto the map. It should be the following but without the % on either ends (otherwise it might pin this comment to the map)

Yeah scenery at the top always saves the day and enthusiasm, as well as helps with sleep later at night. :)
Other mechanism of coping with bad knees is just rambling with your partner - well talking nonsense, that's what I do - 24/7. :)
