Mother Nature Photochain Contest - Mount Kerinchi, Indonesia
15 hours of hike. It was raining, wet and muddy. On the way down, I was hit by hailstorm. I got tired and I had a good sleep. The next morning I was blessed by this view of Mount Kerinchi in Padang, Indonesia. This gorgeous volcano, with its smoke rising in the early morning hours. From afar, it looks gentle and beautiful, but when you get close, it is treacherous, waiting for its time to throw its wrath. This is mother nature.
