Hola amigos de Steemit .
Remo en máquina, te sientas y apoyas tu espalda en el soporte, realizas un movimiento de contracción de la espalda, llevando los brazos hacia atrás, seguido del movimiento de extensión, y retomas la posición inicial. En este ejercicio se trabaja Dorsal ancho, redondo mayor, deltoides, trapecio, romboides y bíceps. Puedes hacer 4 series de 12, considerando un peso que te cueste llegar a las 12 repeticiones.
