Hola amigos de Steemit .
Pull over con mancuerna, ejercicio para entrenar pectorales, hombro y tríceps, apoya solo tus hombros en una banca y toma un peso de acuerdo a tu capacidad, con el que te cueste hacer diez repeticiones, tomas la pesa al frente de tu pecho y extiendes hasta atrás, sin flexionar los codos. Puedes hacer tres series de 10 repeticiones y completar con tres ejercicios para tu rutina de tríceps.
