Hello fellow steemians!
Welcome to my 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Australian Monday - where the winner of the weekly round will be able to participate for the total of 150 SBD! Today you can participate by submitting your personal pictures from your travels to a continent of Australia. I am also adding a New Zealand to the same challenge as there were some concerns from other steemians to which continent will NZ go to.

Breath-taking mountain scenery in New Zealand
Your entries need to be submitted by the midnight of Central European Time in order to be considered for the challenge with a description of approximately 30 to 50 words. Only one picture to be submitted for a daily photo challenge. The rule number one is to use only personal images. Ten winning photos will receive an upvote from me from which I will pick one winner that will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts.
The winner of daily challenge then competes against winners from other continental challenges of the respective week to receive the price of 15 SBD. That will be decided by you based on the dollar value of upvotes of my winning post announcement. The winning weekly picture then automatically enters other rounds for the price of 150 SBD in total.
Please feel free to check out some of my other recent posts.

Sunset at the Pinnacles, the unique limestone formation in Western Australia is a most visit stop if you happen to travel north of Perth. You can just drive around and literally see them from your car but I bet you won't be that lazy once you get there.
Church of the Good Shepherd
The church is definitely one of New Zealand’s most iconic photo locations on the shores of Lake Tekapo. We arrived just 20 minutes before 3 buses of tourists parked near the church. That's the reason why I have an image without camera-carrying and selfie-stick holding tourists😜
Wahnsinns Bild. echt mega gut getroffen. der Hintergrund ist mir erst beim zweiten Hinsehen aufgefallen!! 👍
I was there about 10 days ago, and the 2 days we were there there was not a minute without tourists
very hard to get a nice picture of this lovely chapel, but the lake and background were amazing
Not far from Uluru in the center of Australia lies another impressive rock formation, The Olgas. Shaped by millions of years of weathering, this place is definitely worth a visit if your if your in the area.
Watching the sun setting behind the horizon line in Darwin, Northener Territory. The beach is not made of sand there, it is made of rocks on which grow strange aquatic plants and mangroves. Darwin is one kind of a place for sunset watching, they are extraordinary! On this one I caught a man walking on this beach with 3 birds flying just over him.
Location: Darwin, Australia
What an awesome capture! I remember the sunsets in Darwin, they are so beautiful!
Thanks, It is one of the best place I have been in for sunset sight seeing 😀
Mungo National Park
Before we started our journey in the outbacks my sister (@jh3n) and I took a detour to one of NSW national park. This national park is an UNESCO world heritage. Which means that strict rules is implemented.
We are currently traveling through New Zealand
There are hundreds of pics to share but this is one of the latest nice ones
Hope you like it, its at lake Wanaka, on the south island
Sadly we are nearing the end of our month long trip so we took a moment to contemplate this amazing view,
Merry Xmas to you and all those that read (and upvote) this
This year I spent nearly 10 months traveling around Australia exploring and discovering places I have never thought existed. This self-timed shot wasn't the easiest photo I've taken, the tripod was sitting on the tiny ledge of the walls with water flowing underneath.
We´ve visited that Beach on our first trip to Australia. It´s on the Great Ocean Road just outside the Town of Lorne. The water there was just beautiful but really cold.

Well, this looks more like Africa rather than Australia, right? But I actually captured this photo in New South Wales, Australia. Camels were brought to Australia in the 19th century for expeditions to the Outback and now they actually have herds of wild camels roaming in the outback and so they offer camel ride to tourists!
I hope this text (55 words) is not too long since yesterday you considered exactly 30 words too short..
Mother and Son
During my trip to Australia on Peebly Beach I had the joy of being able to approach a kangaroo mother and her baby. For a few minutes she let me photograph them without worrying about me.
