The rules of the international photo contest "Photo fun" valid from 12th of April 2018.

PRINCIPLES of the "Photo fun" contest.

Please read carefully the entirety of this post and complete the formalities before entering the contest.

The following terms and conditions are of my own implementation and are under copyright.

1 The organizer, the regulator and the arbitrator deciding the contentious issues of the photo contest "Photo fun" (hereinafter referred to as the "contest") is me: Peter, i.e. @abc.love.steemit

2 Everyone who joins the competition places 1 photo (not a link to another page on Steemit, or outside Steemit, on which the photo is placed) in a comment to the post that publishes the day of the competition (from posting time around 17:00 (5 PM) on the first day) until 17:00 of UTC/GMT time in day two (the first day after posting), so you have 24 hours to put your photos;

3 Placing a photo in the contest is tantamount to agreeing to all the points of these regulations;

4 When placing a photo in the contest, for the first time after the introduction of these new rules, put a note in such contest's a comment with the photo of the contest entry: (Copy / Paste the following):

<I have read the rules of the "Photo fun" contest in full, I agree with them and I will follow them. @.nickname.>

In place of @.nickname. insert your steemit account name as in the example: @abc.love.steemit

5 From 17:00 on the second day to 16:15 on the third day you vote (please see item 17) for the photos (not yours), if you do not vote, your photo will not be classified;

6 The photo must be your implementation and must not come from any other sources (it must be from your own pressing the camera button);

7 The photo must not contain human figures with visible faces, registration numbers, house numbers and other identifying marks, characteristics and / or violating the right to privacy and / or intimacy;

8 The photo can not contain any additions (inserts), please do not put any additional and / or "out of competition" photos;

9 The photo can only be trimmed (trim, crop, cut) and auto-corrected and it is only an automatic improvement of the quality of the graphic or photographic program (one button and one operation) to improve the overall color, saturation and whatever this operation does;

10 The photo can not be changed using programs or other things (see item 9);

11 If you want to put a photo in sepia or black and white in the contest, please set the camera in the right format before taking the picture and do not change the color photo to black and white or sepia, then the picture is original, one of a kind and acceptable to the contest;

12 If you want your photo which is retouched, changed in a photo or graphic program, or any other way (see point 7), or other non-contest photo, to be potentially viewed by others, please insert a link to the post on steemit that contains this photo, in the comment .
Please, rather avoid this, because this contest is intended for competing photos and not for promoting your other photos, and the person who will be interested in your non-competitive photos will search for them oneself;

13 The photo can not be: erotic, containing images or content of drastic, offensive, and / or obscene nature;

14 The inclusion of the photo is equivalent to the consent to posting it (and name, or nickaname - of the author of it) in the next day's post in the section of the prize-winning photos and possible posts with weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual or other lists (the photo's author will always be given) , in collective competitions, for the difficulty of voting on friends, nicknames will be placed at the bottom of the post);

15 You can write a short description next to the picture (cultural language is essential);

16 You can specify the camera (hardware) that the photo was taken with (but not necessarily);

17 You are voting (the condition of being qualified for the ranking and possible prizes) for 3 other photos (not yours) that you liked and which are photos admissible by these competition rules (do not vote for unacceptable photos), you vote by commenting on the selected photos - comment type:

"I - ..... comment ........." - (this picture will get 3 points), and / or:
"II - ..... comment ........." - (this picture will get 2 points), and / or:
"III - ..... comment ........." - (this picture will get 1 point) -
IMPORTANT - add a piece of text after I, II, III, so that you do not get the flag for a short comment;

18 You can, but do not have to, give an upvote to the contest's post;

19 You can resteem (share) "Photo fun" competition post;

20 Awards (for placers who voted = condition) for photos selected by the participants in the voting and those allowed by the rules:

1st place: 0.004 SBD (Steem Dollar);

II place: 0.003 SBD (Steem Dollar);

III place: 0.002 SBD (Steem Dollar);

At the moment it's not very big, but it's bigger than it was before. I hope that it will expand again in time;

21 Three photos (along with the nickname of the author) - those with the most points and also classified in the ranking (meeting the rules of this contest) will be placed in the post of the next day of the given contest;

22 About once a month, photos classified on places from I to III enter the collective competition, which will be once on Saturdays, once on Sundays.

There will be around 45 competition entries (photos) in this competition;

Voting in a collective competition:
every voter has 6 votes (I, II, III, IV, V, VI + comment - remember that there are flagging bots);

Prize pool*: different each time and determined by me and consisting of: a certain amount of SBD (or fraction of SBD) from my "Wallet" +% of SBD from the part containing SBD from prize for a given post according to paid and visible in the "Awards" (Rewards) section for a given competition entry and after deduction of SBDs invested in voting bots after the exchange rate converter (so that the SBD value in dollars equals the SBD value during paying the bots and when receiving the SBD from the prize for the given post).

The prizes will be handed over one day after I will be payed the reward for the post and make the deductions, i.e. after 8 days from placing the post, or later depending on the potentially random events.

Awards for the winning creators of photos of collective contest:

1st place: 15% of the pool* SBD,

2nd place: 13% of the pool* SBD,

III place: 12% of the pool* SBD,

4th place: 11% of the pool* SBD,

V place: 10% of the pool* SBD,

VI place: 9% of the pool* SBD,

Prizes for correctly voting for photos in collective contest (people chosen by me randomly) are 30 x after 1% of the SBD pool*.

I constructed percentages in prizes so that nobody would feel worse of. In my opinion, you are all winners by taking beautiful pictures and placing them in the contest.

70% are prizes for the winning classification and 30% for voters, which should attract a wider audience;

23 If someone wants to subsidize the competition pool, or borrow me SBD for upvoting bot / bots, then such a person agrees to have her/his nickname given in the summary post and post with the results of the competition, or other posts mentioning such a grant and / or a loan, unless such a person reserves the right to incognito, then a grant will be mentioned, but not a person (although everyone can check all transactions in each other's "Wallet" and establish such a person);

Voting (upvotes) from voting bots often cause people with a lot of Steem Power (SP) not to vote for such a post at all.

If you know the voters with high voting power, then you can, at your discretion and desire to get them to vote on the contest entry, and then we can consider the option of not investing in bots.

The second and in my opinion a better way (though I may be wrong) is the investment in upvoting bot / bots which vote for the post for the SBD transfer.

A highly-promoted (upvoted) post has a chance to find itself in the international tags "Trending" and "Hot" and also to reach a much larger number of viewers and potentially "whales" and generally people with high voting power.

Upvotes, as you know, translate into value, and hence the size of the prize pool, but above all on the visibility of the post and the potential visibility of your nicknames.

Therefore, I encourage you to consider the chat or discord to discuss possible SBD loans to me to promote monthly posts, or at least a yearly post that will be placed in December, before Christmas. During this time, many people will be potentially on Steemit, I think it would be worth being in this period in "Trending" and "Hot" of the most popular photo tags and the most popular Steemit tags.

I am asking you also for suggestions of tags, in which you see the greatest potential for these posts and contest participants to be noticed and most strongly upvoted.

24 After the settlement of the contest and distribution of prizes, a post with results will be published, which will contain the winning photos and nicknames of their makers;

25 These posts may not be placed for various reasons;

26 These rules may be changed by me at any time, this competition may be stopped or terminated by me without giving reasons;

27 The prizes will be awarded only on the contest day, in which, apart from me, a minimum of 3 participants will enter the contest and a minimum of 12 votes will be given (together with mine);

28 Prizes, may not be awarded for any reason (random and other incidents);

29 Possible moral, material and other losses - I am not responsible for any liability.

The times given are in GMT/UCT time.

The above rules are guidelines, I can not force anyone to comply with them. I constructed them not to make anyone's life difficult, but to keep order in the contest and to make everything clear and fair.

Non-statutory photos will not be classified in the competition, other non-compliant behavior will be dealt with according to my judgments and choices.
