There is another thing I have to add. The debt throw people into a corner. Some of those who ran away from fiat for BTC ended up being BTC Maximalists and they are pretty much like those who are stuck in an abusive relationship. The search for the perfect product may lead to a form of depression and guilt where people would welcome a throne into their hearts just to feel something or to atone for something.

People not only hop from relationship to relationship and product to product, they (as a collective) embrace more abusive people and systems whether it's a surveillance state, Twitter or some asshole/bitch as something to cling onto.

The endless connectivity has become the black death of 21st century.

Continually give up rights like privacy to fill a void they have been trained to keep open. Hacked.
