I still do it when i sit in a boring meeting, since that seems to be a better use of my time than listening to buzzwords floating around that were uttered as a sign of participation.

We must be in the same meetings ;)

And may be i will be able to cover the number of topics i want to cover at some stage.

Just go for it, what is there really to lose? Try things, play, make some mistakes, learn and adjust and then pick up new loves. So much opportunity to explore here.
