Kids are cruel, I had no idea!! Are they learning by example??

Yes they are but, sheltering them can make it worse. the example parents have given cruel kids is a lack of consequence for being cruel kids. What they don't realise is that in time, they have not prepared their children for a cruel world where they are unable to build the necessary networks for a good life.
