I hate to break this to you, sir, but the "real Christians" in Yeshua's day were Roman Soldiers (the Centurion), Tax Collectors (Matthew and Zaccheus), fishermen who cursed at times, and even at times denied his name (Peter)! Christians are human, and He loves us in spite of ourselves.

There's a lot I don't like about Christianity. Yeshua's greatest complaints were against the priestly elites of his day, so you aren't all wrong.
