There is nothing an average person can do to stop nuclear attacks
My post today is a reversal of what I have been saying, namely that average people can and should take steps to prevent nuclear disasters. I started the day, trying to develop my argument to show that anyone could do something but ended up realizing that this just would not work. The reason it would not work is that armed uniformed gun-people(AUGs) and other entities that work for the state aren't normal people: they are natural people; they work for the nature of the state. With this in mind, you can understand that when they unleash the power of a nuke somewhere, they don't do it for themselves; they do it for the nature of the state for which they work. It's like when a volcano's lava burns you, it doesn't do it out of selfish interests but simply because it is there to represent a terrifying natural element.
In the end, I still came up with an idea as to what an average person could do to reduce the likeliness of nuclear attacks but occupying your time with these activities certainly could be a waste of your time because in the end, nuclear attacks are essentially independent of an average person's actions. I'm putting in italics most of my misguided morning work until I stopped and realised I had it wrong. It's still an interesting read... I think.
To follow up as promised in my last post about how to stop nuclear attacks, let's talk about the tragic end of an extraordinary criminal, Jacques Mesrine This French criminal escaped from jails that no one had escaped from before, he killed people and even planned to bust jails to let his friends loose. He had made public his intention not to be taken alive and he kept a couple of grenades with him at all times. But the armed uniformed gun-people(AUGs) discovered his whereabouts and began following him. Now, is it possible to de-escallate this situation? Or is it as hopeless to de-escallate the situation with a guy like this as it is to try and prevent a volcano eruptions, an earthquake, or the apparition of nuclear weapons?
First of all, Jacques seemed to live comfortably from the money he earned with his robberies, so there was no apparent immediate need to stop him to save lives. Can the situation be de-escalated?
Maybe it can, maybe it cannot. It may simply not be safe to try to use less than deadly force when dealing with him. Now that is the belief behind the escalation of the situation to the point of murder.
Anyway, if your only concern is the possibility of innocent by-standers being hurt by the dangerous criminal, then the AUGs have likely made the right decision. But in the process of appearing to want to protect the public, they find themselves protecting their right to escalate situations that aren't immediately critical.
Why did they not attempt to put substances that would put him to sleep in his food somehow? One thing about Jacques Mesrine is that he certainly was clever. He did not always simply used brute force to get what he wanted, he also used smart strategy. Now by not attempting to use smart strategy in stopping him, the AUGs were really saying , or admitting that he was more intelligent than they were. If Jacques was so intelligent, then why didn't they made him their leaders instead of killing him? The AUGs seemed to pretend that they were too afraid of him not to use the safest and surest approach to appease their fears. They rationalized this by claiming their concern is to avoid any possible innocent by-stander casualty. They didn't want to try and play any game with him. They acted like a doctor would do with a patient with a malignant tumour.
After writing the above in italics, I realized that you just need luck to avoid becoming a victim of nuclear attacks. There is nothing which an average person can do against acts of a state, and nukes are an act of a state. So, in our world today, you just need to pray that you may get lucky and survive such attacks just as you might want to pray not to fall victim of a large meteoroid falling on earth from the sky and killing everyone.
However, I can see that there does seem to be actions an average person may be able to take to reduce the risks: activism for peace. Activism is a complex thing. My next post should be dedicated to talking about it. Simple actions, such as the kneeling of Colin Kaepernick, may help make a difference.

We used to have a joke - What should you do in case of nuclear attack? Put on white shirt, black suit and matching shoes and take inconspicuous stroll towards the local cemetery ;)
Biological Nuclear episodes do Indeed Occur within Ones own body, so If we change ourselves we will eventually see the change in the world
Health is Wealth, Knowledge is power, Experience is King.
