Money is energy and thoughts are energy
Think about it money is energy and thoughts are energy. You are careful with your money; apply this to your thoughts too. Your thoughts are energy use them wisely; we can focus and get something going from the use of energy/ thoughts.
The brain uses a lot of energy.
The brain uses 25% of the body’s energy so let’s put it to use to help us.

Bruce Lipton advises us to think of thoughts as a form of energy, equivalent to money. This gets you to think about where you spend your thoughts. Use your thoughts on something that puts good things in life for you.

I appreciate the Bruce Lipton's valuable advice. We often use our thoughts on others failure and weekness but it's totally waste of our time and energy as it's devil's thought. But we should be utilise our thoughts on somdthing which puts good things in our life. Thanks @rebeccabe for the motivated content.
Bruce Lipton's work is immense, read one of his books he studied on an island I think, his concepts and views are great.
He is a cool guy for sure.
First , we must watch our thoughts . Then we must learn to manange .
People may always think about the good, but applying it in life is very difficult..
