Here I am Lucia again trying to find a good and virtuous topic to inscribe and share at the same time to learn about.

So the topic for today is "Racial Prejudice Is a State of Mind".

People often fear things they know little about. This is evident in the way animals are killed rather than understood. It is also the reason why wars happen and military personnel can kill their enemies more easily if they do not find them on a personal level. However, living in a multicultural society is difficult unless you break those prejudices and join the community.

In Australia we have a situation where people are welcome from all parts of the earth. They are accepted and helped by both governments and the people. It is difficult for many of these immigrants to assimilate because they have racial prejudices in their countries of origin.

Parents who live in fear brainwash them from birth and are mostly mistreated by the governments of their own countries. They can not change until something important happens to force them to accept that not all are the same as what they left behind.

This was revealed to me a while ago when the Spirit took me to speak with a woman at a local mall. She sat alone on a bench when I approached and opened a conversation. She seemed a bit withdrawn at first, but then she encouraged me. When her husband arrived, he was delighted that we were talking and he asked me to be his friend.

Yes! That is just what God wanted too. It turned out that she was pregnant and, in the absence of her mother, she asked me to attend the birth. For some time, it happened that the empty place in his heart for his mother was filled a little by my friendship.

However, there was much more in its history, and during the months that followed, everything came to light. She was from Iran, which had been taken by Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, or Supreme Leader, after his king was deposed. The country was at war with the West and the Iran-Iraq war followed.

The family sold and fled to Turkey to escape compulsory service for children aged 12 to 14 who were forced to march in front of tanks to clear landmines. This lady's brother was reaching that age. In Turkey he was sent to Sweden with smugglers of people. She came to Australia with her husband, who had temporary residence, and the father returned to Iran.

The mother, however, was trapped in Turkey. She lived in constant fear of the police who had a policy of corralling fugitives from Iran and selling them on the border. When they presented me, the difficult situation seemed impossible to solve since many had tried to get her out of the country without success.

My reincarnation and my link with the Spirit of the Universe gave me a channel of communication and it was God who took charge of releasing it and taking it safely to Australia. It took time, but she finally made it to a flight that brought her and her daughter together after years of stress and separation.

When he arrived, he suffered a paralysis in his left side due to an attack that occurred on his way to Ankara and the Australian Embassy. When I touched her, she immediately raised her arm above her head as healing occurred. The Spirit had already given her a dream that this would happen and she was filled with joy.

The bottom line is that we do not know who these people are who are forced to flee tyranny and persecution, but God does. Instead of considering them as strangers, we should embrace them and delve into their stories. Many fear their new country, wherever it may be, because of what has driven them from their homeland.

Racial prejudice is a state of mind and must be overcome. Once we meet these people and interact with them, they have the opportunity to establish themselves and become friends.
