RE: Does it translate somewhere else?
I generally write in one of two voices, and about one of two things.
Fiction.
Life in general / motivation.
I think both of those things translate well to other platforms.
My last post, for instance.
https://steemit.com/life/@jeezzle/being-positive-is-the-answer
Being positive is the answer.
It doesn't really have anything to do with shilling this particular platform.
Personally I kind of get tired of seeing posts that are all about Steemit.
Don't get me wrong, I love to get news about the platform. However, I've probably already got it once and don't need to see that same thing like 40 times from everybody's different perspective.
As I was writing this, I was actually thinking of the fact that you are transplantable (i'm not kicking you out, its just an observation :P )
You mentioned a little while ago that you've been posting on Trybe, and that kind of made me thing about this idea. How many people on Steem can't write for an audience outside of steem?
Dunno, but a crazy thing to think about.
It's a particularly interesting topic because so many different blogging platforms are on the horizon..
Trybe, Scorum, Onstellar, Appics.... to name a few.
EOS with it's "Steemit 2.0"
I love this platform but I think it's a good idea to get your feet wet, you know?
Frankly though, I think if you're doing well in this platform.... it probably means that you write pretty well and that you know how to find an audience.
Great post. Very relevant.
