Thanks for this interesting article on Nostalgia and the questions that followed.

Yes, you are right; it is in the character of humans to always feel the past is better. I am guilty of Nostalgia mainly in the areas of my career and some steps I took which led to my being involved in an auto accident that I am still battling its consequences even as I write.

The mentioned areas are a no goto for me; I don't like entertaining the thoughts. Hence, I won't be writing their details here.
