The time for a breakthrough has come. The only mass therapy that will work is to accept Enlightenment through empathy and collaboration.

Psychiatry and psychology have largely contributed to the mega crises humanity is going through, and the media would hate people to know about it. These 2 fields always recommend to walk away (individualism) from any situation causing suffering and keep the focus on what makes one happy instead.

There is "NO walk away option" possible until the conflict resolution is accepted by those involved.

Every time we decide to walk away without addressing the problem the latter build up until we eventually notice - or worse until there is a blow out of some sort if necessary - and what is set to happen on a global scale now.

While there is definitely much truth in the fact that we repeat childhood frustrations but we can't take them for granted because they mirror a much larger picture. Look closer. Society is going through exactly the same as a whole - So what now?

The planet urgently needs new tinking modes and let go the old, and mainstream psychology is not going to help as it is part of the problem. Nature is a Guide we ought to follow. The Principle Of Cause and Consequence means that there is no escape to our responsibilities .

Earth Custodians seek to promote social healing first or we will NEVER go anywhere -- the whole system is designed to induce inner fragmentation and while many are aware of this, it takes lots of courage to initiate self-healing because the system induces co-dependence.

The fear of standing alone for Humanity and Life is caused by a lingering trauma that has been with us for thousands of years.

To contemplate what being lazy feels like, to wean themselves off the addiction of “goals”, find meaning in simple pleasures away from consumption, and focus on themselves or their family. The International Nothing Day is urgent. Burnout, anxiety and mental disease are now affecting large swathes of our population and no one is talking about it enough because of the stigma. We need to be proud of doing nothing again. During International Nothing Day telephone companies across the world would encourage people to turn off their mobile phones. Governments would tell us to pick up an old hobby we neglected for years, or even better, stay in bed all day and contemplate how sitting still can itself be an achievement.

“If we want to stick with a single international line, we might use the “ethical poverty line” devised by Peter Edward of Newcastle University. He calculates that in order to achieve normal human life expectancy of just over 70 years, people need roughly 2.7 to 3.9 times the existing poverty line. In the past, that was $5 a day. Using the World banks new calculations, its about $7.40 a day. As it happens, this number is close to the average of national poverty lines in the global south. So, what would happen if we were to measure global poverty at this more accurate level? We would see that about 4.2 billion people live in poverty today. That’s more than four times what the World Bank would have us believe, and more than 60% of humanity. And the number has risen sharply since 1980, with nearly 1 billion people added to the ranks of the poor over the past 35 years. The UN’s sustainable development goals, launched in September, are set to use the $1.90 line to measure poverty. Why do they persist with this implausibly low threshold? Because it’s the only one that shows any meaningful progress against poverty, and therefore lends a kind of happy justification to the existing economic order” (Hickel 2015).
