Creative Attitudes Are Beneficial States of Being
Creativity is enhanced by states of being like inspiration and imagination. Attitudes are very important as well.

An attitude is a feeling or position of the mind. In a thesaurus we find outlook, disposition, frame of mind, temperament, feeling, view, perspective, mindset, demeanor, bias. Attitude is a combination of both mental outlook and emotions. Attitudes can be either positive or negative. They are very important choices we have in our lives.
Are attitudes beneficial to creativity? Yes! Attitudes have helped drive creativity throughout the centuries.

An open mind is an attitude to cultivate. Your attitude is influenced by a conscious altitude or being slightly above the fears and concerns of the day and open to the here and now potential of creative ideas. The Open Mind will benefit you.

Brain-storming is an example of open minded thinking because it has guidelines that encourage tolerance of any ideas.

True open mindedness is also willing to examine the thoughts, opinions, beliefs and prejudices that can be mental or emotional patterns that block thinking creatively.

So all of us can grow by being:
Open to possibility. Open to new thought. Open to creative flow and acceptance of life in the moment.

Beliefs and opinions and judgments are simply personal thoughts and emotions – not an absolute truth for everyone or every culture.

A tolerance for diversity opens the mind to the higher values of inspired creativity.

Try to open to life and life expressing through you without the blocks and obstacles of negative beliefs, opinions and judgments affecting your creative freedom.

This is what I am trying to do and it is a discipline for sure!
