The world is changing where others just expect things to happen for them. How will those who rely on others ever achieve something and be the best. I don't like the mindset of the masses where I live and it is all about the expectation of something for nothing.
I have been warning the companies for the last decade and now they are coming to me and saying things like, ...the young have the wrong attitude to get stuff done.... they want the money but not the workload...
