Morality is too flexible of a concept across history and religious sects for a "holy man" to be recognized anymore. In addition, with the advent of extreme technological advances and a global attitude of skepticism, even a holy man performing miracles would most likely be discredited. In a news media controlled by political interests in a world where political interests have no use for a savior since they all want to play the messiah, the majority of the world might never hear of it. So unless he brings an apocalypse with him, boiling the seas and burning the skies, I say good luck, messiah.
