I am not saying you should not expect things from others or hold others to account especially people in GOVERNMENT.
What I am saying is that it is always better to hold yourself to account and create your own system that works regardless of whether you get help from people or not. Whenever these helps come they are just additive and only complement the structure on the ground.
Regardless of what is going on around you. Government functioning or not. Brother helping or not you have created a system that will ensure that you succeed or at least a competing chance.
