Placidah Lake Resort, Batangas

Here’s an awesome view from one of our trip in Batangas.

Placidah Lake Resort. Located at Sta. Teresita, Batangas.

Behind the resort is the Taal lake and the awesome mountain is Mt. Maculot. Both are famous tourist spot in the Philippines. Mt. Maculot is famous for the hikers as well.

How to get there?

From Buendia:

Take a DLTB Bus Going to Lemery 178 pesos
Alight at Sta.Teresita (Police Outpost, Landmark)
Take Tricycle going to Placidah Lake Resort (15/person)

From Cubao:

Take DLTB Bus Going Lemery (not sure about the fare)
Alight at Sta. Teresita then take a Tricycle as well

This resort is kinda hidden but we FOUND IT.

There is a convenience store just outside the resort and upon alighting from the bus, the police outpost was also surrounded by stores, somehow like a wet market.

We stayed for a day. On the morning, we made a side trip to Basilica of St. Martin de Tours in Taal, Batangas as well.

I forgot the route of the jeep we took to there. But a sure way to get into places you don't know is to ask for directions from the locals. EXPLORE

Going back to the bus station, we just took a tricycle as there is no jeep going there.
