I'll just post this article in English to explain the thoughts well. Anyways, there is also Tagalog translation below :)

To clear things up, there are some guidelines (rules?) which I haven't posted on the post. This is to answer questions from participants and to better improve the contest.

I have to add these things, these are simple yet I forgot to mention this on my post. Here are the additional guidelines.

• Only one entry per user.
  In the case of @unhorsepower777, he submitted 3 entries. For it to be valid, please select 1 of the 3 entries you submit. You can comment the link of your chosen entry here. Also, please tell him about this if in case he don't see this post. Though I am delighted of his efforts, but we need to set it as only one.

• There is no minimum or limit of number of lines for the Poetry or Song a participant submitted.
  This doesn't matter. A quality entry should be as good and enough in length. It matters on the scoring :)

• In the case of a tie, judges will re-score the post. This time, they will only rate the overall content of the post from a scale of 1 - 10.

• Deadline of submission of entries will be on August 30, 2017 (11:59 p.m.). Winners will also be announced on August 31, 2017 (10:00 a.m.).

• First tag of your post should be #wikang-filipino to track your entries. This is will the tag i will be using on contests for Filipinos too. Then its up to you to select the other four tags. I suggest #philippines #pilipinas #tilphilippines.

Filipino Translation

• Isang gawa lang bawat partisipante.
  Sa kaso ni @unhorsepower777, nagsumite siya ng tatlong gawa. Para maging valid ang pagsali niya, kailangan niyang pumili ng isa sa tatlo niyang isinumite. I komento mo dito ang gawa na pipiliin mo at sana masabihan niyo sa kung sakaling hindi niya makita ang post na ito. Ako'y lubos na nasiyahan sa kanyang mga gawa, kailangan lang talaga ng isang entry.**

• Walang minimum o limit na mga salita para sa Tula o Kanta na iyong inilathala.
  Hindi ito kailangan. Ang isang dekalidad na gawa ay kaakit-akit talaga at exsakto lang ang taas. Malaking bahagi din ito kung paano i-score ng mga hurado ang gawa mo :)

• Kung sakaling may mag tie, magsusumite uli ang mga hurado ng score. Sa panahong ito, isang score lang "Overall content" ang kanilang ibibigay (1 - 10).

• Ang huling pag-submit sa iyong gawa ay sa Agosto 30, 2017 (11:59 p.m.). Ang mga mapapalad na mananalo ay iaanunso sa Agosto 31, 2017 (10:00 a.m.).

• Ang unang tag ng iyong gawa ay dapat #wikang-filipino para masunod namin ang inyong gawa. Ito rin ang aking gagamiting tag sa susunod na mga paligsahang gagawin ko para sa mga Pilipino. Nasa iyo na ang pagpili sa natitirang apat na tag. Mas maiging #philippines #pilipinas #tilphilippines ang gamitin mo (aking suhestiyon).
