In some relationships, challenges arise when someone acts shady which can create negative thoughts on us. We get suspicious that someone is acting unfaithful. But those were just thoughts, and unconfirmed. Being suspicious can help someone to be protected from the pain the disloyalty can cause. Nevertheless, too much suspicion is not healthy either in your life or your relationship.

Some questions may bug us until we get paranoid that the person is doing something wrong on us. It can happen to a friend or a team member. of course, we are thinking f our own welfare, as well as our team. However, crossing the line can break friendships. Even in some couples or relationship, what if the person is not really doing anything wrong, and the way ask them questions sounds like interrogating?

Imagine yourself seated in an interrogating chair and room, how would you feel? It can cause tension, and you will likely get mad. What will your spouse feel if you are thinking too much that it hurts them? It can likely break the relationship. Better talk it out. Confirm first before thinking a lo of negativity with your spouse.

If you think negatively, anger accumulates. What more with the person being suspected with him knowing he or she's innocent? That person will feel angry as well. In teams, it can cause division. Why not talk about it? Give a benefit of the doubt. Communication is a key to keep things functioning well.

It's understandable if someone acts shady, and you get suspicious. But going overboard is never necessary is not healthy for you. Be more insightful and discerning.

I do agree with it. Although suspicion has it roots. It is way better to investigate first thoroughly.

Learn to trust more on the person.
Also do not raise your voice if ever that you are asking a question to a person. Sometimes even though our intentions are good it really changes on how it is being delivered. Especially if the emotions are really not in good shape.

hmmm anyone in particular? lol

Lol! Marami po dyan. But it really happens anywhere else.

i definitely agree. communication is the key. if you think something is not right, open up to them and talk about it instead of jumping into conclusions

Suspicions. Assumptions. Judgements. These can be very destructive. Sometimes we make assumptions because we simply don't have the time to think something through and check for understanding.
