Spotlight on Capri Oasis - A Peaceful & Refreshing Resort Condo Community

Hey there! Wanna see pics I took of one of the 4 wonderful midrise resort-type Pasig condo communities of Filinvest? Here I will share with you how this relaxing place looks like.

Capri Oasis is inspired by the Italian isle of Capri. Here you can experience the invigorating enclave of the five-storey buildings, seamlessly blended with wide, open spaces and luxuriant greenery. You can wake up to the bright side of life and have a staycation every single day. On top of that, you are just a few minutes away from the Ortigas Business Center. 😉

All units are ready for occupancy and are inside a secured and gated community. Let's start with the commercial building on one side of the road.

This is Solare building and it has commercial units at the ground floor and small home / office (SOHO) studio units from the 2nd to 5th floor.

At the ground floor, we have spacious commercial units like this one.

And then when you cross the road, you will see the signage going to the residential buildings.

Most images have dark skies because I took the pics when Mayon Volcano was spewing clouds of ash and such. I originally thought it was rain clouds but no, there was no rain anywhere on that day.

Metro Manila is far from Albay but you know how clouds can go.

Anyway c'mon let's go inside and look around a bit at the secure compound.

Upon entering the compound you will see Albero and Brezza building on your left, at one side of the clubhouse and pool area.

On your right, at the other side of the clubhouse area is the Vento building where the 2 bedroom model unit is.

As for the other residential buildings and a road going to one of the basement parkings, I wasn't able to take any good shots so maybe I will post them next time.

Behind the fountain is the spacious clubhouse and the refreshing pool. 😊

Here's the view of the relaxing pool area with Albero building in the background. Those dark clouds add a nice touch to the image don't you think? 😁

This is the clubhouse where events can be held. There's also a gym and a basketball court but I didn't take any lovely shots of them on my smartphone.
