After The Unmentionable Deed Is Done ..

The dogs expect some sort of reward. They made it out, did their business, and back into the house without incident. In my mind that deserves a treat. Here we go guys! Come and get your cookie.

My dogs are addicted…

To these Cookies! Not these particular cookies, but anything may by this company. They are called Three Dog Bakery and we usually have a hard time finding this brand. Luckily our local Walmart started caring them which made it a lot easier to find. I guess they are gaining and popularity. Pepper always enjoyed his cookies, but these he tends to wine for. You never really did that with any other cookie before he started having these. Now they’re like catnip to him.

Here’s Pepper checking out the box while I was trying to take a picture of it. Of course he started to whine and wanted more.

Come on dad.. give us the cookies and no one gets hurt..

You can see pepper almost jumping up. He started to stand on his rear legs and swat for the cookie. I told him he would have to wait for it unlike when I usually give it to him soon as they come in the door.

Nope. You have to wait for it this time..

They are so ready for these cookies! Just hang on a little while longer.

Now comes the hard part..

It’s right in front of our face, this is not fair! I only make them wait a couple of seconds before saying OK. Then they dart for the cookies. Molly has the hardest time looking at the cookie she will always look away. Pepper on the other hand stares at it intently waiting for the magic word!

Oh the wait is finally over!!!

As soon as I say OK they both go for the peace and it’s gone in a matter of a flash.
