To Cheer Your Day...
These delightful flowers were photographed at the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers in Qld, Australia. This is a fabulous Spring event that's run over an amazing 10 days and nights. The whole town comes together for this event. Every park, sidewalk and pavement garden throughout the town are adorned with hundred's of thousands of blooming flowers. But it's not just public spaces, locals do their own yards too with a number of magnificent gardens opening their gardens to the public. On top of all this, add in food, wine, concerts, amusements rids, other entertainment, vintage train ride trips, tours of the town and so much more!! This year will be their 69th year, so it's a truly fantastic event that is heavily supported from far and wide.

Thank you!! : )
I like the colors of the photo. These are one of my favorite flowers. Though I am not quite sure if they are the same.
Nice to see some flowers anyway. Here (Berlin) it was very cold today, snowing and windy. Your photo reminds me on the spring which will hopefully come soon.
Thank you @belvins!! I'm sorry , I don't know what these flowers are, I'm usually pretty good but I have no idea with these ones but they are wonderfully colourful! We are still quite warm here in Australia, definitely no sign of snow! Snow sounds very pretty though : )
Thanks for the comment!
We call them midday flowers. I think it's an appropriate name:)
Thanks for the tip! : )
