Skyh's the limit

OK.

By now you may remember that Skyh is my 2-year-old pitbull puppy.

Yes, the one who made we wade into a alligator infested lake.

And yes, she's the one who knocked me down and broke my arm!

Well, last week she turned two years old and I had hoped that she would start settling down.

Yeah, you bet.

This morning when we took them out for their early morning walk (about 7am) she decided to celebrate her birthday with a party!

You see, there I was with sleep in my eyes, bending over with the plastic bag in hand (ready to do my civic duty) when...

...yes, a skater.

Now you have to understand, Skyh has a special place in her crazy little heart for skaters.

She's convinced that they are evil emissaries from hell, bent on devouring her tender canine soul.

And she's not willing to give up her soul without a fight!

Anyway, sleepy eyed Dennis almost took a dive behind demon-hunting two-year-old pitbull puppy!

What an embarrassment.

Luckily, the girl on skates decided a change of course was preferable to facing off the crazed, barking mass of fur (who at most would lick her to death).

And with a bit of industrial strength balancing movements worthy of a Bolshoi performance, I remained upright and didn't take a dive.

How's that for Skyh's birthday inauguration?

Anyway, I figured if I was able to pass the early morning skater test, then I should also be able to brighten your day a bit.
