Is there a way to check the recent size of the Steem Blockchain?

It would be really cool to have more automated analytics tools for the Steem blockchain, as e.g. this one for the bitcoin blockchain: https://charts.bitcoin.com/chart/blockchain-size

I just found this 5 months old post indicating that the size was 43 GB in September 2017: https://steemit.com/steem/@crokkon/steem-blockchain-size
