Here I want to explain the pear and its properties.
Different types of pears have different flavors from sour to sweet. It contains vitamins E and C, calcium, iron, magnesium and zinc. In the summer, the pear tree tolerates heat more than apples. Flowers and pears are formed at the end of two-year branches and stalks, so when pruning fertile trees, care should be taken to preserve stingrays. The amount of the product in ordinary gardens reaches 45 tons per hectare. The number of pears in Iran is about 120. The most important indigenous cultivars are:
King of Fruit of Karaj, King of Fruits of Khorasan, Shah Isfahan, Natanz Gol Kashan, Mohammad Ali Mashhad, Three Phalls Karaj, Siberia, Pim'Marbar.
Foreign pears that are cultivated in Iran more or less are Anjou, Westernerness, Bartlett, Duchess, Gandark, Bessel, Celmar, Borghjur, and Dina Dukvys. Bartlett, also known as Williams in Europe, is the most important and cultivar of pears in the world.
Some parts of the pear tree are used for food and medicine: 1- fruit 2- leaf 3- tree bark. Pears can be raw or cooked (jam and compote).
Pear is a large fruit juice that is rich in linen. People with constipation try to eat 1 to 2 pears per day and immediately drink 1 liter of drinking water to make the laxative stronger.
Pear is a very good seed, especially at the top of the kernel. These seeds are cellulose and digested in the digestive system. Therefore, bypassing the digestive system, it cleanses the stomach and intestines and destroys all the garbage that remains in the abdomen.
Sun-exposed pears are rich in vitamins. In addition, most pear fiber is in the skin, so do not separate it when eating.
